Oval, tree-form lilac. Large panicles of cream-white fragrant blooms above dark green foliage in early summer. Yellow fall foliage and cherry-like bark add seasonal interest. Tolerates poor, clay and alkaline soils. Prefers well-drained soil and is drought tolerant.
