Chestnut Horse 'Fort McNair'

Cross between the Common Horse Chestnut and the Red Buckeye. Large panicles of deep pink blooms with yellow throats in late spring. Palm-shaped, dark green foliage is followed by spiny seed husks. Broad, rounded form for medium to large landscapes. All parts are non-edible if eaten they can cause digestive problems.
